1. Agreement

By accessing tradesmannutrition.au, browsing the website, or purchasing products from B-Bros LLC, trading as Tradesman Nutrition ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Order” means a purchase placed through our website.

  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any person accessing the website or placing an order.

  • “Australian Consumer Law (ACL)” refers to the consumer protection laws under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

3.1 You must not use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Pricing, Currency & Duties

4.1 All prices on the Website are in AUD.

4.2 Prices may change at any time without notice. Once an Order is confirmed, the price is final.

4.3 Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges applied to international orders (if applicable).

4.4 Delivery fees are listed at checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase.

5. Product Specifications, Health, Allergies & Illness Disclaimer

5.1 The appearance, flavour, texture, or colour of Products may vary between batches due to natural ingredient differences.

5.2 You must carefully check the ingredient list, nutritional information, and usage instructions before consuming any Product.

5.3 Tradesman Nutrition does not provide medical advice. Information provided on the Website is for general use only and does not replace professional healthcare guidance.

5.4 Allergies & Sensitivities

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Tradesman Nutrition is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, illnesses, or adverse effects arising from:

  • failing to read or follow label directions,

  • known or unknown allergies, intolerances, or sensitivities,

  • interactions with medications or health conditions,

  • using the Product contrary to healthcare advice.

5.5 If you are unsure whether a Product is suitable for you, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

5.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the ACL.

6. Orders

6.1 To place an Order, follow the instructions on the Website and complete the payment process.

6.2 An Order is deemed accepted once we issue an Order confirmation via email.

6.3 Each confirmed Order is a separate agreement between you and Tradesman Nutrition.

6.4 We may refuse or cancel Orders at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud,

  • bulk/commercial quantities,

  • errors in product information,

  • stock unavailability.

6.5 If your Order is cancelled prior to dispatch, we will issue a full refund.

6.6 We are not responsible for Orders that fail due to internet, payment gateway, or connectivity issues.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment must be made at the time of checkout using accepted payment methods displayed on the Website.

7.2 Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, credit card processors).

7.3 If suspicious activity is detected, we may require additional verification or cancel the Order.

8. Delivery & Risk

8.1 We will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products promptly, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

8.2 Dispatch dates are estimates only and may change.

8.3 Risk in the Products passes to you once delivery is confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

8.4 We are not liable for:

  • courier delays,

  • missed deliveries due to incorrect address entry,

  • theft or loss after delivery is confirmed.

9. Faulty or Damaged Products

9.1 If a Product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@tradesmannutrition.com.

9.2 We may require photo evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

9.3 If a Product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will replace it or refund the purchase price.

9.4 We may seek reimbursement if the Product is found not to be faulty.

10. Returns & Refunds

10.1 Returns are only accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10.2 Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted.

10.3 Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, slogans, branding, product names, images, and website content are the property of Tradesman Nutrition. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these materials without written permission.

12. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked on the Website. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

13.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure use of the Website.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

  • indirect or consequential losses,

  • loss of profits, data, or business,

  • damage arising from improper use of the Products,

  • reliance on information provided on the Website.

13.3 Our liability is limited to the re-supply of the Products or a refund, as required under the ACL.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tradesman Nutrition, its employees, officers, and agents from claims arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms,

  • your misuse of the Website or Products,

  • your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

15. Viruses & Security

15.1 We cannot guarantee that the Website is free from viruses or harmful code.

15.2 You are responsible for maintaining your own virus protection.

15.3 We take reasonable steps to secure data but cannot guarantee complete security for transmissions over the internet.

By using the Website, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.

20. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

20.1 Some products offered by Tradesman Nutrition may be available on a subscription or recurring delivery basis.

20.2 By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) subscription orders.

20.3 Subscription payments are charged automatically at the frequency selected at checkout using your nominated payment method.

20.4 Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions

If you cancel your subscription after a payment has already been processed, that cancellation will apply from the following billing cycle onward.

The current order that has already been charged will still be fulfilled and dispatched.

20.5 You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum two (2) orders have been completed, by managing your subscription through your account.

20.6 No refunds will be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

20.7 Tradesman Nutrition reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel subscription offerings at any time, subject to applicable law.
