Shipping Policy — Tradesman Nutrition

At Tradesman Nutrition, we aim to get your order delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12pm ACDT are typically processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, new product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Within Australia

We use trusted delivery partners such as Australia Post, Aramex, or other reputable couriers depending on your location.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days depending on your postcode.

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (where available).

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your delivery address,

  • the weight and size of your order, and

  • the selected shipping method.

  • Orders $100 or less are $12.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • your tracking number, and

  • a link to track your parcel in real time.

If your tracking number has not updated within 48 hours, please contact us at support@tradesmannutrition.com.


5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • incomplete address, or

  • failure to collect your parcel from the post office or courier depot,

the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • we can resend it (additional shipping fee applies), or

  • we can refund the order minus shipping costs.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss the delivery attempt, you may need to collect the parcel from a post office or courier depot.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once tracking shows the parcel has been delivered to your address, Tradesman Nutrition is not responsible for:

  • theft,

  • loss,

  • damage after delivery.

If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please contact the courier directly and lodge a case.


6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • couriers,

  • weather events,

  • customs processing,

  • peak season congestion, or

  • circumstances outside our control.

We will always assist you in tracking the parcel, but delivery timing cannot be guaranteed.


7. International Shipping

International orders may be available to selected countries. If international shipping is offered at checkout, please note:

  • All international sales are final.

  • Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Shipping times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs processing.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for international carriers.

If international shipping is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to that destination.


8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@tradesmannutrition.com

Please include:

  • your order number,

  • clear photos of the issue, and

  • a description of the problem.

We will review the complaint and provide a suitable solution in accordance with our Refund Policy.


9. Pre-Order & Out-of-Stock Items

If we offer pre-orders, dispatch estimates will be shown on the product page.

Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless separate shipping is purchased.

Dispatch dates are estimates only and may change.
